Delivery

Where we deliver

Anywhere in the United Kingdom, and delivery is free — no minimum order.

That includes England, Wales, Scotland with the Highlands and the islands, and Northern Ireland. We do not exclude postcodes and we do not add a surcharge for distance. Most sellers of ladders this size do both.

We do not currently deliver outside the United Kingdom.

How long it takes

1 to 5 days from the day you order, calendar days, not working days.

Your ladder is dispatched from England. The estimate shown on each product page is calculated from the day you order, and it is the range we actually expect — not a best case.

We do not promise next-day delivery, because we do not control the carrier's network well enough to promise it. If your job is this weekend, order early in the week.

Tracking

Every parcel is tracked. You receive the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is collected. If you have not received it within two working days of ordering, email us.

Receiving the parcel

Telescopic ladders are heavy and long — between 8 and 18.5 kg, and the longest models are over 1.70 m in their packaging.

- Someone should be there to take delivery, or a safe place should be named at checkout.
- Check the parcel before signing where the carrier asks for a signature.
- If the packaging is visibly damaged, note it with the driver and tell us within 7 days, with photos. See our Returns and refunds policy.

Failed deliveries

If nobody is there and no safe place is named, the carrier leaves a card and attempts delivery again, or holds the parcel at a local point. If the parcel comes back to us after failed attempts, we contact you to arrange a new delivery.

Taxes and duties

The price you see is the price you pay. There is nothing further to pay on delivery.
