Terms of service
Terms of service
These terms cover the use of this website. The sale itself is covered by our Terms of sale.
1. The site
stowladder.com is operated by Alper Cayiroglu, trading as StowLadder, a sole trader registered in France (micro-entreprise), SIRET 940 512 627 00016, 3 rue des Pommiers, 91070 Bondoufle, France.
Contact: alpercpro@gmail.com
The site is hosted by Shopify International Limited, Victoria Buildings, 1-2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland.
2. Using the site
You may browse, search and order. You may not:
- copy our photographs, descriptions or specification tables for another shop
- attempt to disrupt the site, or access parts of it you were not given
- use an automated tool to scrape it or place orders
3. Accuracy
We take care with what we publish, and we publish figures rather than adjectives: extended height, folded height, width, weight, maximum load.
Where a figure has not been confirmed by the manufacturer, the line is left blank. We would rather show a gap than a guess. If you spot something wrong, tell us and we will correct it.
Availability shown on the site is indicative until your order is confirmed.
4. Advice we give
If you ask us by email or WhatsApp which length suits your job, we answer with our honest opinion based on what you tell us. It is advice, not a survey of your building. You remain responsible for choosing and using a ladder safely — see section 9 of our Terms of sale.
5. Intellectual property
The StowLadder name, the site's text, its layout and its photographs belong to us or are used with permission. You may not reuse them commercially.
6. Your data
See our Privacy policy. In short: we collect what is needed to take your order, deliver it and answer you, and nothing else.
7. Links
Where we link to another site, we do not control it and we are not responsible for what it contains.
8. Availability
We try to keep the site up, but we do not guarantee it is available without interruption. We may change or withdraw any part of it.
9. Complaints
Email alpercpro@gmail.com. A person reads it.
As a trader established in France we are required to offer access to a consumer mediator: [A COMPLETER — nom, adresse postale et site de l'organisme de mediation]. Mediation is free for you.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing here affects the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
